भारत विकास परिषद, बीकाणा इकाई ने निर्जला एकादशी के पर्व पर शर्बत एवं ठंडे जल की निशुल्क सेवा दी 
   मानव सेवा ही सच्ची सेवा

बीकाणा इकाई अध्यक्ष नरेश खत्री ( छाबड़ा ) ने बताया कि पदमपुराण के अनुसार ज्येष्ठ माह के शुक्ल पक्ष में निर्जला एकादशी व्रत किया जाता है, जिसको करने से सभी एकादशियों का फल प्राप्त हो जाता है। इसी अवसर पर शर्बत एवं ठंडे जल की सेवा करने से देने से मन को परम शांति मिलती है । 

वित्त सचिव एवं समाजसेवी रवि शंकर रंगा और उपाध्यक्ष ओमप्रकाश डूडी के अनुसार वे हर साल इसी तरह निर्जला एकादशी पर किसी न किसी प्रकार से मानव मात्र की सेवा कर "नर सेवा ही नारायण सेवा" को चरितार्थ कर आत्मिक शांति प्राप्त करते हैं
संरक्षक एवं संपर्क सचिव किशन चावला और सह सचिव प्रेम नारायण तिवाड़ी के अनुसार निर्जला एकादशी पर आज सुबह से ही माखन भोज के पास, पूगल रोड पर भारत विकास परिषद, बीकाणा इकाई आमजन की सेवा में उपस्थित रही है और आगे भी इसी तरह के सेवा कार्य में अग्रणी रहेगी । 

मातृशक्ति के रूप में महिला संयोजिका ज्योति शर्मा, समाजसेवी चंचल सांखला, जसोदा भाटी ने भी अपनी इस भीषण गर्मी में भरपूर सेवाएं दी ।
बीकाणा इकाई के सदस्यों के रूप में डायरेक्टर अमरजीत जी, समाजसेवी रामदयाल भाटी, समाजसेवी हरीश कपूर, जगबीर शर्मा, धर्मेंद्र अरोड़ा, सुप्रसिद्ध गायक महेश वर्मा, हरीश भाटी, समाजसेवी राजकुमार भाटिया एवं दीपांशु भाटी ने चिलमिलती धूप में लगातार सेवाएं दी जिससे फलस्वरुप यह कार्यक्रम सफल हो सका । 
    बाल उम्र में ही अपनी सेवाएं देने का जज्बा लेकर कोमलदीप, गौरीशंकर डूडी, राधिका डूडी और उत्तम डूडी उपस्थित रहे जिन्होंने अपनी कम उम्र में ही अपने बड़ों को देखते हुए भीषण गर्मी में सेवाएं दी, जो की काफी सराहनीय और प्रेरणादाई है ।

स्थानीय निवासियों ने भी जमकर हिस्सा लिया जिसमें लाल जी, सुरेंद्र, नंदकिशोर राव, लालचंद कुम्हार, विक्रम राव, प्रेम राव व विनोद राव आदि उपस्थित रहे ।

Bikana unit president Naresh Khatri (Chhabra) said that according to Padma Purana, Nirjala Ekadashi fast is observed in the Shukla Paksha of Jyeshtha month, by observing which one gets the fruits of all Ekadashis. Serving sherbet and cold water on this occasion gives ultimate peace to the mind.

According to Finance Secretary and social worker Ravi Shankar Ranga and Vice President Omprakash Doodi, every year on Nirjala Ekadashi, they serve humanity in some way or the other and achieve spiritual peace by realizing the saying "Nar Seva Hi Narayan Seva".

According to Patron and Contact Secretary Kishan Chawla and Co-Secretary Prem Narayan Tiwari, on Nirjala Ekadashi, since morning today, near Makhan Bhoj, on Pugal Road, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Bikaner unit has been present in the service of the common people and will remain a leader in such service work in future too.

As Matri Shakti, women coordinator Jyoti Sharma, social worker Chanchal Sankhla, Jasoda Bhati also gave their full services in this scorching heat.

As members of Bikaner unit, Director Amarjeet ji, social worker Ramdayal Bhati, social worker Harish Kapoor, Jagbir Sharma, Dharmendra Arora, famous singer Mahesh Verma, Harish Bhati, social worker Rajkumar Bhatia and Deepanshu Bhati continuously served in the scorching sun, due to which this program could be successful.
Komaldeep, Gaurishankar Dudi, Radhika Dudi and Uttam Dudi were present with the passion of serving at a young age, who, seeing their elders, served in the scorching heat at a young age, which is very commendable and inspiring.

Local residents also participated enthusiastically, in which Lal ji, Surendra, Nandkishore Rao, Lalchand Kumhar, Vikram Rao, Prem Rao and Vinod Rao etc. were present.
