बीकानेर। समर्थन मूल्य पर मूंगफली खरीद में हो रही गड़बड़ियों को लेकर बीकानेर संभागीय आयुक्त विश्राम मीणा ने सख्त रुख अपनाया है। बुधवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक में उन्होंने जिला कलेक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि सहित सभी उपखंड अधिकारियों (एसडीएम) को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि मूंगफली खरीद प्रक्रिया में गड़बड़ी करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए।

मीणा ने कहा कि यदि जांच में किसी सरकारी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी की मिलीभगत पाई जाती है, तो उसके खिलाफ भी कड़ी अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि शिकायतों की तह तक जाकर गिरदावरी में की गई किसी भी गड़बड़ी को उजागर किया जाए और दोषियों को बख्शा न जाए।

संभागीय आयुक्त ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि यदि टोकन गलत तरीके से जारी हुए हैं, तो उन्हें राजफैड के स्तर पर जयपुर में ही ब्लॉक किया जाएगा। बैठक के दौरान जब श्रीडूंगरगढ़ एसडीएम से स्थिति के बारे में पूछा गया, तो उन्होंने बताया कि मूंगफली खरीद को लेकर जो शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई थीं, उनकी जांच के बाद अधिकांश शिकायतें सही पाई गई हैं।

इनकी विस्तृत रिपोर्ट जिला कलेक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि को भेजी जा रही है। उन्होंने पहले ही सभी एसडीएम को निर्देश दिए हैं कि ऑनलाइन जारी 70 हजार टोकनों का भौतिक सत्यापन किया जाए। वर्तमान में इन टोकनों का सत्यापन कार्य एसडीएम स्तर पर तेजी से चल रहा है।

इस बैठक में एडीएम प्रशासन सुरेश कुमार यादव, एडीएम सिटी रमेश देव, और जिले के सभी एसडीएम अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। संभागीय आयुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि यह जांच केवल औपचारिकता न रहे, बल्कि पारदर्शी और निष्पक्ष तरीके से वास्तविक दोषियों की पहचान की जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों को राहत देने और भ्रष्टाचार को रोकने के लिए सरकार की यह प्राथमिकता है कि समर्थन मूल्य योजना का लाभ सही किसानों तक पहुंचे। किसी भी स्थिति में फर्जीवाड़ा या कालाबाजारी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

संभागीय आयुक्त मीणा ने यह भी कहा कि कृषि उपज मंडियों में खरीद व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त किया जाए और हर खरीद केंद्र पर पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि किसानों को किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो और यदि किसी केंद्र पर अव्यवस्था या भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायत मिले, तो तुरंत कार्रवाई की जाए।

इस सख्त रुख के बाद अब संभावना है कि बीकानेर जिले में मूंगफली खरीद में गड़बड़ी करने वाले लोगों पर जल्द ही प्रशासनिक गाज गिर सकती है।

Bikaner. Bikaner Divisional Commissioner Vishram Meena has taken a tough stand against irregularities in peanut procurement at the support price. In a review meeting held in the Collectorate auditorium on Wednesday, he issued clear instructions to District Collector Namrata Vrishni and all Sub-Divisional Officers (SDMs) to take strict action against those found guilty of irregularities in the peanut procurement process.

Meena stated that if the investigation reveals the involvement of any government official or employee, strict disciplinary action will be taken against them. He directed officials to investigate the complaints thoroughly and expose any irregularities in the land survey, ensuring that the culprits are not spared.

The Divisional Commissioner also clarified that if tokens have been issued incorrectly, they will be blocked at the Rajfed level in Jaipur. When the Sridungargarh SDM was asked about the situation during the meeting, he stated that after investigating the complaints received regarding peanut procurement, most of them were found to be true.

A detailed report is being sent to District Collector Namrata Vrishni. She has already instructed all SDMs to physically verify the 70,000 tokens issued online. The verification process is currently underway at the SDM level.

ADM Administration Suresh Kumar Yadav, ADM City Ramesh Dev, and all SDM officers in the district were present at the meeting. The Divisional Commissioner clarified that this investigation should not be a mere formality, but should be conducted in a transparent and impartial manner to identify the real culprits.

He stated that to provide relief to farmers and prevent corruption, it is the government's priority to ensure that the benefits of the support price scheme reach the right farmers. Fraud or black marketing will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Divisional Commissioner Meena also said that the procurement system in agricultural produce markets should be streamlined and transparency should be ensured at every procurement center. He instructed officials to ensure that farmers do not face any problems and that if there are complaints of mismanagement or corruption at any center, immediate action should be taken.

With this strict stance, it is now likely that those involved in peanut procurement irregularities in Bikaner district may soon face administrative action.
