बीकानेर रिश्वतकांड: एएसआई गिरफ्तार, शिकायतकर्ता के खिलाफ थाने में कोई परिवाद दर्ज नहीं

बीकानेर: रिश्वत लेते ट्रैप हुआ एएसआई, लेकिन थाने में परिवाद पेश ही नहीं

बीकानेर। भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो (ACB) की स्पेशल यूनिट ने गुरुवार शाम को गंगाशहर पुलिस थाने में कार्रवाई करते हुए एएसआई अरुण मिश्रा को 10,000 रुपए की रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया।

शिकायतकर्ता गौरीशंकर सोनी ने एसीबी को शिकायत दी थी कि एएसआई ने उसे धमकाया कि उसके खिलाफ मारपीट का परिवाद है, जिसे दबाने के लिए 50,000 रुपए की रिश्वत मांगी गई। 9 सितंबर को एसीबी ने सत्यापन कराया, जिसमें एएसआई की ओर से 10,000 रुपए की रिश्वत मांगी गई थी। इसके बाद गुरुवार को ट्रैप कार्रवाई की गई।

बड़ा खुलासा: परिवाद थाने में था ही नहीं
जांच में यह चौंकाने वाली बात सामने आई कि शिकायतकर्ता गौरीशंकर सोनी के खिलाफ गंगाशहर थाने में कोई भी परिवाद दर्ज ही नहीं था। यहां तक कि एसीबी को भी एएसआई से कोई परिवाद दस्तावेज बरामद नहीं हुआ।

अधिकारियों के अनुसार, संभावना है कि एएसआई को गौरीशंकर और मनोज सोनी के आपसी झगड़े की जानकारी मिली थी और उसने इस आधार पर परिवाद दर्ज होने की धमकी देकर रिश्वत की मांग की।

अदालत में पेशी और आगे की कार्रवाई
एएसआई अरुण मिश्रा को शुक्रवार को अदालत में पेश किया गया, जहां से उसे न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया। एसीबी अब इस मामले की गहन जांच कर रही है कि परिवाद न होने के बावजूद रिश्वत की मांग कैसे की गई।

Bikaner: ASI caught taking bribe, but complaint not filed in police station

Bikaner. Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Special Unit took action in Gangashahar Police Station on Thursday evening and arrested ASI Arun Mishra red handed while taking bribe of Rs 10,000.

Complainant Gaurishankar Soni had complained to ACB that ASI threatened him that there is a complaint of assault against him, and to suppress it, a bribe of Rs 50,000 was demanded. On September 9, ACB conducted verification, in which a bribe of Rs 10,000 was demanded by ASI. After this, trap action was taken on Thursday.

Big disclosure: Complaint was not in police station

In the investigation, it was revealed that no complaint was filed against complainant Gaurishankar Soni in Gangashahar police station. Even ACB did not recover any complaint document from ASI.

According to officials, it is likely that the ASI had received information about the quarrel between Gaurishankar and Manoj Soni and on this basis he demanded bribe by threatening to file a complaint.

Appearance in court and further action

ASI Arun Mishra was produced in court on Friday, from where he was sent to judicial custody. The ACB is now investigating the matter thoroughly as to how the bribe was demanded despite there being no complaint.
