बीकानेर: साइबर ठगों ने महिला को बनाया शिकार, खाते से 50 हजार रुपए उड़ाए

बीकानेर। शहर में साइबर ठगों का आतंक लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। हाल ही में पाबूबारी निवासी एक महिला साइबर ठगों का शिकार बन गई। जानकारी के अनुसार पीड़िता ने हाल ही में नजर का चश्मा खरीदा था। चश्मा सही नहीं होने पर उसने कंपनी की साइट से उसे रिटर्न करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की।

महिला ने कंपनी का एप डाउनलोड किया और रिटर्न की शिकायत दर्ज की। इस दौरान कंपनी से एक कॉल आया जिसमें उसने एड्रेस साझा किया। लेकिन कई दिनों तक कोई प्रतिनिधि चश्मा लेने नहीं आया। इसके बाद महिला ने गूगल पर कंपनी का कस्टमर केयर नंबर सर्च किया और वहां दिए गए नंबर पर कॉल कर दिया।

इसी दौरान ठगों ने महिला को बातों में उलझाकर उसके बैंक खाते की जानकारी हासिल कर ली और खाते से 50 हजार रुपए ट्रांसफर कर लिए। अचानक खाते से पैसे कटने का मैसेज आने पर महिला हैरान रह गई। उसे तब पता चला कि वह साइबर ठगी का शिकार हो गई है।

पीड़िता ने तुरंत मामले की शिकायत साइबर थाने में दर्ज कराई। साइबर सेल ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए संबंधित बैंक से संपर्क किया और 30 हजार रुपए होल्ड करवा दिए। फिलहाल मामले की जांच जारी है और पुलिस ठगों तक पहुंचने का प्रयास कर रही है।

विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि कस्टमर केयर नंबर केवल कंपनी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से ही प्राप्त करने चाहिए। गूगल सर्च पर मिले नंबर से सावधान रहना जरूरी है, वरना ठग आसानी से लोगों को निशाना बना सकते हैं।

But no representative came to collect the glasses for several days. After this, the woman searched the company's customer care number on Google and called the number given there.

During this time, the thugs got the information of the woman's bank account by engaging her in conversation and transferred 50 thousand rupees from the account. The woman was surprised when she suddenly got a message of money being deducted from the account. She then came to know that she had become a victim of cyber fraud.

The victim immediately lodged a complaint about the matter in the cyber police station. Cyber ​​cell took immediate action and contacted the concerned bank and put the 30 thousand rupees on hold. At present, the investigation of the case is going on and the police is trying to reach the fraudsters.

Experts say that customer care numbers should be obtained only from the official website of the company. It is important to be cautious of the numbers found on Google search, otherwise fraudsters can easily target people.
