अफीम तस्करी के मामले में पकड़े गए दो युवकों को बचाने की कोशिश एक प्रोबेशनरी सब इंस्पेक्टर को महंगी पड़ गई। एसपी तेजस्वनी गौतम ने इस सब इंस्पेक्टर को सस्पेंड कर दिया है और इस मामले में भूमिका संदिग्ध मानते हुए जांच के आदेश दिए हैं।

बीकानेर एसपी तेजस्वनी गौतम ने दैनिक भास्कर को बताया कि प्रोबेशन पर चल रहे एसआई रमेश बिश्नोई को सस्पेंड किया गया है। पिछले दिनों अफीम की तस्करी के मामले में दो युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया गया था। ऐसे में रमेश बिश्नोई इन दोनों को बचाने की कोशिश में था। उसकी भूमिका संदिग्ध मिलने पर फिलहाल सस्पेंड किया गया है। ये भी पता लगाया जा रहा है कि वो इन युवकों को क्यों बचाने की कोशिश कर रहा था। मामले की जांच के आदेश दिए गए हैं। जब तक जांच पूर्ण नहीं होती, तब तक रमेश बिश्नोई सस्पेंड रहेगा।
लगातार चल रही धरपकड़
बीकानेर जिले में नशे की सामग्री इधर-उधर करने वालों के खिलाफ लगातार कार्रवाई हो रही है, इसके बाद भी तस्करी लगातार जारी है। पुलिसकर्मियों की संदिग्ध भूमिका पर आला अधिकारी लगातार नजर रखे हुए हैं। इस मामले में भी रमेश बिश्नोई की भूमिका को लेकर शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई थी। इसी आधार पर उसे सस्पेंड कर दिया गया।
