एक करोड़ के लिए पत्नी को मरा हुआ दिखाया हॉस्पिटल में फर्जी एंट्री की, तीन महीने बाद हुआ मामले का खुलासा

करीब एक करोड़ बीमा पॉलिसी को हथियाने के लिए पत्नी ने पति के साथ साजिश रचते हुए खुद को मृत घोषित करवा दिया. हॉस्पिटल में इलाज के दौरान मृत घोषित करवाने के बाद पति ने पत्नी के नाम का डेथ सर्टिफिकेट बनवा लिया और उसे क्लेम के लिए इंश्योरेंस कंपनी को दे दिया. पूरे मामले का पटाक्षेप तब हुआ जब बीमा की एक करोड़ रकम को देने से पहले जांच-पड़ताल की. इंश्योरेंस कंपनी की प्रारम्भिक पड़ताल में सामने आया कि मृतका पत्नी दरअसल मरी नहीं, वह तो जिंदा है और उसे कागजों में मृत बताकर बीमा की रकम उठाई जा रही है. इस पूरे मामले का खुलासा होने के बाद जयपुर के जेएलएन मार्ग स्थित प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल एसके सोनी में भी हड़कंप मच गया.

फर्जीवाड़े के तरह-तरह के मामले आपने सुने होंगे लेकिन जयपुर से एक ऐसा मामला सामने आया है, जिसे जानकर आप दंग रह जाएंगे. यहां एक शख्स ने इंश्योरेंस के एक करोड़ रुपये पाने के चक्कर में अपनी पत्नी को कागजों में मार दिया. उसके बाद उसका डेथ सर्टिफिकेट बनवाया और इंश्योरेंस कंपनी में क्लेम के लिए फाइल लगा दी. मामले पर पड़ताल हुई तो पता चला ये पूरा केस गलत है. मामले का खुलासा होने के बाद जयपुर के एक प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल ने खुद की गलती मानते हुए नगर निगम को पत्र लिखकर और जारी किए डेथ सर्टिफिकेट को निरस्त करने की दरखास्त कर दी.

क्या है पूरा मामला
पूरा मामला पिछले साल 4 अप्रैल 2023 का है. गुड़गांव के मानेसर निवासी जतिन अपनी पत्नी सुशीला देवी का जयपुर के जेएलएन मार्ग स्थित एसके सोनी हॉस्पिटल में इलाज के लिए आए. यहां उन्होंने सुशीला की कुछ जांचें करवाई. छुट्‌टी लेकर चले गए. इस दौरान इन दम्पत्ति ने हॉस्पिटल के स्टाफ से सांठ-गांठ की और सुशीला को इलाज के दौरान डेथ बताकर उसका 6 अप्रैल 2023 तारीख का डेथ रजिट्रेशन पहचान पोर्टल पर करवा दिया. इस रजिस्ट्रेशन के आधार पर 14 अप्रैल 2023 को सुशीला के पति जतिन ने नगर निगम ग्रेटर के मालवीय नगर जोन में आवेदन करके सुशीला का डेथ सर्टिफिकेट जारी करवा लिया. डेथ सर्टिफिकेट जारी करने के 3 माह बाद जतिन ने एचडीएफसी लाइफ इंश्योरेंस कंपनी में सुशीला की पॉलिसी का एक करोड़ रुपये का क्लेम उठाने के लिए आवेदन कर दिया. 

इंश्योरेंस कंपनी ने पड़ताल में खुलाी सच्चाई
क्लेम की फाइल आने के बाद इंश्योरेंस कंपनी ने पड़ताल की तो पता चला कि जिस महिला को डेथ बताकर क्लेम उठाया जा रहा है, असल में वह जिन्दा है. इंश्योरेंस कंपनी ने पहले तो नगर निगम ग्रेटर को पत्र लिखकर सर्टिफिकेट के सत्यापन की जांच करवाई. इसी दौरान कंपनी ने महिला के घर का भी दौरा किया तो पता चला महिला जिंदा है. इसके बाद कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों ने जब एस.के. सोनी हॉस्पिटल पहुंचकर पड़ताल की तो इसका खुलासा हो गया. इंश्योरेंस कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों के पहुंचने पर हॉस्पिटल प्रशासन के होश उड़ गए.

 नगर निगम ग्रेटर के रजिस्ट्रार ने बताई यह बात
इंश्योरेंस कंपनी से हुई बातचीत और मामला खुलने के बाद हॉस्पिटल प्रशासन ने अपने मामले को दबाने के लिए अपने यहां से जो डेथ का रजिस्ट्रेशन पहचान पोर्टल पर किया था, उसे निरस्त किया. इसके बाद हॉस्पिटल प्रशासन ने नगर निगम ग्रेटर को एक पत्र लिखा और निगम से जारी डेथ सर्टिफिकेट को निरस्त करने का आग्रह किया. नगर निगम ग्रेटर के रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म-मृत्यु) प्रदीप पारीक ने बताया कि हमारे यहां से डेथ सर्टिफिकेट तभी जारी होता है जब हॉस्पिटल पहचान पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन होता है. इसके अलावा शमशान घाट या कब्रिस्तान से अगर किसी के अंतिम संस्कार की रिपोर्ट बनकर आती है तो उसे हम रजिस्टर्ड करके सर्टिफिकेट जारी करते हैं चूंकि इस मामले में हॉस्पिटल से रजिस्ट्रेशन होकर आया तो उसी आधार पर हमारे यहां से सर्टिफिकेट जारी हुआ. 

ज्योति नगर थाने में पत्र भेजा 
नगर निगम ग्रेटर के मालवीय नगर जोन की उप रजिस्ट्रार लतेश गुप्ता ने बताया कि हमें हॉस्पिटल और इंश्योरेंस कंपनी का लेटर मिला तो हमने सर्टिफिकेट निरस्त करने के लिए नगर निगम मुख्यालय स्थित रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म-मृत्यु) को प्रकरण भिजवाया. यहां से सर्टिफिकेट निरस्त करने के आदेश मिलने के साथ ही इस मामले में हॉस्पिटल प्रशासन के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करवाने के लिए कहा गया. इस मामले में अब हमने एफआईआर दर्ज करने के लिए ज्योति नगर थाने में पत्र भेजा है.

बहरहाल, इस तरह के मामला सामने आने के बाद निगम प्रशासन भी सकते में हैं हालांकि सजकता से पति और पत्नी की फर्जी डेथ सर्टिफिकेट बनवाकर बीमा कंपनी को चूना लगाने की प्लानिंग फेल हो गई.

Initial investigation by the insurance company revealed that the deceased's wife was not actually dead, she was alive and the insurance amount was being collected by declaring her dead on paper. After the disclosure of this entire matter, there was a stir in the private hospital SK Soni located on JLN Marg, Jaipur.

You must have heard of various types of cases of fraud, but such a case has come to light from Jaipur, knowing which you will be stunned. Here a man killed his wife on paper in order to get one crore rupees from insurance. After that, his death certificate was made and the file for claim was filed with the insurance company. When the matter was investigated, it was found that this entire case is wrong. After the matter came to light, a private hospital in Jaipur, accepting its own mistake, wrote a letter to the Municipal Corporation and requested to cancel the death certificate issued.

what is the whole matter
The entire matter is of last year, April 4, 2023. Jatin, a resident of Manesar, Gurgaon, came for the treatment of his wife Sushila Devi at SK Soni Hospital located on JLN Marg, Jaipur. Here he got some tests done on Sushila. Took leave. During this time, the couple connived with the hospital staff and got Sushila's death registered on the identity portal on April 6, 2023, declaring her death during treatment. On the basis of this registration, on April 14, 2023, Sushila's husband Jatin applied in Malviya Nagar Zone of Municipal Corporation Greater and got Sushila's death certificate issued. Three months after the death certificate was issued, Jatin applied to HDFC Life Insurance Company to collect a claim of Rs 1 crore from Sushila's policy.

Insurance company revealed the truth during investigation
After the claim file arrived, the insurance company investigated and found out that the woman against whom the claim was being filed as dead was actually alive. The insurance company first wrote a letter to the Municipal Corporation Greater and got the certificate verified. During this time, the company also visited the woman's house and found out that the woman was alive. After this, when the representatives of the company S.K. When we reached Soni Hospital and investigated, it was revealed. The hospital administration was shocked when the representatives of the insurance company arrived.

Registrar of Municipal Corporation Greater told this
After the conversation with the insurance company and the matter coming to light, the hospital administration canceled the death registration it had done on the Pehchan portal to suppress its case. After this, the hospital administration wrote a letter to the Municipal Corporation Greater and requested the corporation to cancel the death certificate issued. Municipal Corporation Greater's Registrar (Birth-Death) Pradeep Pareek said that death certificate is issued from us only when registration is done on the hospital identity portal. Apart from this, if the report of someone's last rites comes from the cremation ground or cemetery, then we register it and issue a certificate. Since in this case, the registration came from the hospital, the certificate was issued from us on the same basis.

Sent letter to Jyoti Nagar police station
Latesh Gupta, Deputy Registrar of Malviya Nagar Zone of Municipal Corporation Greater, said that when we received the letter from the hospital and the insurance company, we sent the case to the Registrar (Birth-Death) located at the Municipal Corporation Headquarters to cancel the certificate. Along with receiving the order to cancel the certificate, it was asked to lodge an FIR against the hospital administration in this matter. In this matter, we have now sent a letter to Jyoti Nagar police station to register an FIR.

However, after such a case came to light, even the corporation administration was in shock. However, due to alertness, the plan to defraud the insurance company by making fake death certificates of the husband and wife failed.
