किसान केसरी और राजस्थान के दिग्गज नेता रामेश्वरलाल डूडी को आज लोकसभा में भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि दी गई। संसद की कार्यवाही शुरू होते ही लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने सदन को अवगत कराया कि पूर्व विधानसभा अध्यक्ष व वरिष्ठ किसान नेता डूडी के निधन पर सदन शोक व्यक्त करता है। इसके बाद सदन में उपस्थित सभी सांसदों ने दो मिनट का मौन रखकर उन्हें श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित किए।

यह श्रद्धांजलि इसलिए भी चर्चा में रही क्योंकि मंगलवार को आरएलपी सुप्रीमो और नागौर सांसद हनुमान बेनीवाल ने लोकसभा अध्यक्ष को पत्र लिखकर नाराज़गी जताई थी। बेनीवाल ने कहा था कि डूडी जैसे बड़े नेता को संसद में सम्मान नहीं दिया जाना अनुचित है। उन्होंने मांग की थी कि लोकसभा की परंपरा के अनुसार राजस्थान के इस वरिष्ठ नेता को श्रद्धांजलि दी जानी चाहिए।
उनके पत्र के बाद आज लोकसभा में सर्वप्रथम डूडी को श्रद्धांजलि दी गई।

रामेश्वरलाल डूडी लंबे समय तक राजस्थान की राजनीति में सक्रिय रहे। उन्हें किसानों की आवाज़ माना जाता था और वे प्रदेश की राजनीति में "किसान केसरी" के नाम से लोकप्रिय थे। वह राजस्थान विधानसभा के पूर्व अध्यक्ष रहे और कांग्रेस के कद्दावर नेता के रूप में उनकी पहचान थी। बीकानेर संभाग में उनका विशेष प्रभाव क्षेत्र रहा, जहां वे किसानों और आम जनता की समस्याओं को लेकर हमेशा संघर्षशील रहे।

डूडी के निधन के बाद पूरे राजस्थान में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई थी। राजनीतिक दलों से लेकर आम जनता तक सभी ने उनके योगदान को याद किया। किसान आंदोलन, सिंचाई व्यवस्था, पशुपालन और ग्रामीण विकास जैसे विषयों पर वे हमेशा मुखर रहे। उन्होंने कई बार केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों के सामने किसानों के हितों की लड़ाई लड़ी।

संसद में दी गई श्रद्धांजलि उनकी लोकप्रियता और सम्मान का प्रतीक है। लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने कहा कि डूडी एक प्रेरणादायक जननेता थे, जिन्होंने अपना पूरा जीवन समाज और किसानों के कल्याण के लिए समर्पित किया।
सदन के कई सदस्यों ने उन्हें कृषि क्षेत्र का मजबूत पक्षधर बताते हुए उनके योगदान को याद किया।

हनुमान बेनीवाल द्वारा जताई गई नाराजगी के बाद संसद में आज दिया गया सम्मान यह दर्शाता है कि राजनीतिक मतभेदों से ऊपर उठकर नेताओं के योगदान को स्वीकार करना हमारी लोकतांत्रिक परंपरा का हिस्सा है।

डूडी के समर्थक और राजस्थान की जनता भी इस श्रद्धांजलि को उनके जीवन कार्य का सम्मान मान रही है।

Tribute paid to farmer leader Rameshwarlal Dudi in Parliament, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla observed silence

A heartfelt tribute was paid to Kisan Kesari and veteran Rajasthan leader Rameshwarlal Dudi in the Lok Sabha today. As Parliament began its proceedings, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla informed the House that the House mourns the passing of former Assembly Speaker and senior farmer leader Dudi. Following this, all MPs present in the House observed a two-minute silence and paid their respects.

This tribute was also in the news because on Tuesday, RLP supremo and Nagaur MP Hanuman Beniwal wrote a letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker expressing his displeasure. Beniwal stated that it was unfair that a prominent leader like Dudi was not honored in Parliament. He demanded that this senior Rajasthan leader be honored in accordance with Lok Sabha tradition.

Following his letter, Dudi was the first person to be honored in the Lok Sabha today.

Rameshwarlal Dudi was active in Rajasthan politics for a long time. He was considered the voice of farmers and was popular in the state's politics as "Kisan Kesari." He was a former Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and was recognized as a prominent Congress leader. He had a special influence in the Bikaner division, where he always fought for the problems of farmers and the general public.

After Dudi's death, a wave of mourning spread across Rajasthan. Everyone, from political parties to the general public, remembered his contributions. He was always vocal on issues such as farmers' movements, irrigation systems, animal husbandry, and rural development. He repeatedly fought for the interests of farmers before the central and state governments.
