बीकानेर। भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) देहात जिला कार्यालय में भाजपा देहात जिलाध्यक्ष श्याम सुंदर पंचारिया की अध्यक्षता में प्रबुद्धजन संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि एवं वक्ता आवास एवं शहरी केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री तोखन साहू ने बजट 2025-26 पर प्रबुद्धजनों और मध्यम वर्ग के लोगों से संवाद किया।

बजट 2025-26: आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में मजबूत कदम

तोखन साहू ने कहा कि यह बजट विकसित भारत के संकल्प और गरीबों के सपनों को साकार करने वाला है। आर्थिक विकास और आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में यह एक सशक्त कदम है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भारत निरंतर विकास के मार्ग पर अग्रसर है।

मध्यम वर्ग को बड़ी राहत: 12 लाख रुपये तक की आय करमुक्त

मंत्री साहू ने बताया कि मोदी सरकार ने 12 लाख रुपये तक की वार्षिक आय को करमुक्त कर दिया है, जिससे मध्यम वर्गीय परिवारों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी। यह बजट युवा, किसान, महिला और गरीबों के उत्थान के लिए साहसिक फैसलों से भरा हुआ है।

बजट में प्रमुख घोषणाएं:

न्यूक्लियर पावर के लिए 20,000 करोड़ रुपये की व्यवस्था – समृद्ध भारत की ओर कदम।
10.1% ग्रोथ रेट का लक्ष्य – भारत की आर्थिक मजबूती को दर्शाता है।
किसानों के लिए केसीसी (किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड) ऋण सीमा ₹3 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹5 लाख की गई।
मेडिकल साइंस में 1 साल में 10,000 सीटें बढ़ाने का लक्ष्य, जो अगले 5 साल में 75,000 तक पहुंच जाएगा।
36 जीवनरक्षक दवाइयों पर कस्टम ड्यूटी हटाई गई, जिससे गरीबों को राहत मिलेगी।
जिलों में नए कैंसर अस्पताल खोले जाएंगे ताकि बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मिल सकें।

कम्युनिस्ट विचारधारा और कांग्रेस पर निशाना

तोखन साहू ने कहा कि देश में लंबे समय तक कम्युनिस्ट विचारधारा का प्रभाव रहा और पहले प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू भी इससे प्रभावित थे। कांग्रेस की गरीबी की परिभाषा के कारण देश पिछड़ा रहा, लेकिन मोदी सरकार के नेतृत्व में गरीब, मध्यम वर्ग निरंतर समृद्ध और सशक्त बन रहा है।

Target to increase 10,000 seats in medical science in 1 year, which will reach 75,000 in the next 5 years.
 
Custom duty removed on 36 life saving medicines, which will provide relief to the poor.
 
New cancer hospitals will be opened in the districts so that better health services can be provided.

Tokhan Sahu said that the communist ideology had an influence in the country for a long time and the first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru was also influenced by it. The country remained backward due to the Congress' definition of poverty, but under the leadership of the Modi government, the poor and the middle class are continuously becoming prosperous and empowered.
