विकास का पहिया नहीं थमेगा, वादा करता हूं : डॉ. कल्ला

बीकानेर पश्चिम विधानसभा क्षेत्र से कांग्रेस के प्रत्याशी डॉ. बुलाकीदास कल्ला ने कहा है कि बीकानेर में विकास का पहिया कभी नहीं थमेगा नहीं। यह क्रम जारी रहेगा, बस इसके लिए कांग्रेस को फिर से लाए। डॉ. कल्ला ने शनिवार रात को कोचरों के चौक, सर्वोदय बस्ती, बंगला नगर सहित कई क्षेत्रों में नुक्कड़ सभाओं और जनसम्पर्क के दौरान बीकानेर के विकास की बात पर समर्थन मांगा।

कोचारों के चौक में शनिवार रात को नुक्कड़ सभा रखी गई। इसमें बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने भागीदारी निभाई। मोहल्लेवासियों की ओर से आयोजित सभा में डॉ. कल्ला ने जहां विकास के नाम पर समर्थन मांगा, तो लोगों ने भी जमकर उनका अभिनंदन किया। डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि बीकानेर में बीते पांच साल में विकास के दर्जनों कार्य हुए है। इसमें सडक़, नाली, पेयजल, बिजली, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और पर्यटन सहित लगभग क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्य कराए गए है।

डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि बीजेपी के पास महज जुमलो के और गिनाने के लिए कुछ नहीं है। वहीं, राजस्थान में गहलोत सरकार ने अपने कार्यकाल में इतनी योजना लागू की है। इसमें स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना तो देश के लिए नजीर बन गई है। इसमें २५ लाख रुपए तक का उपचार फ्री है। कल्ला ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने कर्मचारियों के लिए ओल्ड स्कीप पेंशन योजना लागू की है। इससे लाखों कर्मचारियों को लाभ मिलेगा। इसी तरह जरुरतमंदों को फ्री राशन दिया जा रहा है। सरकार अस्पताल में इलाज फ्री, दवा फ्री, जांच फ्री है। आने वाले दिनों में कांग्रेस ने सात गारंटियां दी है।

छात्र राजनीति से कांग्रेस में आए कन्हैया कुमार ने लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए भाजपा पर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा की गारंटी कभी पूरी नहीं होती। अब राजस्थान में 450 रूपए में गैस सिलेंडर दे रहे है, तो क्यों न पहले इसे गुजरात या उत्तर प्रदेश से शुरू नहीं कर देते। कन्हैया कुमार ने कहा कि इस बार कांग्रेस मिजोरम, छतीसगढ, मध्यप्रदेश के साथ राजस्थान में सरकार बना रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि राजस्थान में मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने जिनती योजनाएं आमजन को दी है, उसका हर तबके को फायदा मिल रहा है। यह अपने आप में देश के लिए विकास का उदाहरण है।

सर्वोदय बस्ती में किया जनसम्पर्क दौरान शनिवार शाम को डॉ.बीड़ी कल्ला सर्वोदय बस्ती में वार्ड ५५ में डॉ.कल्ला ने घर-घर पहुंचकर जनसम्पर्क किया। लोगों ने जमकर समर्थन दिया। इस मौके पर डॉ.कल्ला ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार की लोक कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से हर घर का खर्च कम होता जा रहा हैं। सरकार ने 25 लाख तक का फ्री इलाज चिरंजीवी से दिया हैं। आपको जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि चिरंजीवी मे किडनी, हार्ट, लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट तक भी नि:शुल्क होता हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आपके प्यार-सम्मान के लिए शब्द नहीं हैं मेरे पास, आपके स्नेह से अभिभूत और आनंदित हूं। कल्ला ने कहा कि आपके उत्साह ने कांग्रेस की विजय का जयघोष कर दिया हैं

जनसम्पर्क के क्रम में शनिवार को डॉ. कल्ला ने बंगला नगर में लोगों से संवाद किया। यहां पर बड़ी संख्या में शामिल हुए लोगों ने कल्ला का जमकर स्वागत और सत्कार किया। डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि कांग्रेस आम आदमी के हित मे काम करती हैं। आप महंगाई से मिली राहत के लिए वोट दें। 500 रुपये मे सिलेंडर आपके घरों तक लाने वाली कांग्रेस सरकार को वोट दें। 25 लाख का फ्री इलाज हमारी सरकार दें रही हैं, आप उसके लिए अपना समर्थन दें। बिजली के बिल मे जो कमी हो रही हैं, आप उसके लिए समर्थन दें। जनसम्पर्क के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में क्षेत्रवासी जुटे।
