नाबालिग लड़की से फैक्ट्री में गैंगरेप,आरोपियों ने जान से मारने की दी धमकी; पुलिस ने मेडिकल करवाकर दर्ज किए बयान

जयपुर। जयपुर में महेश नगर थाना इलाके में नाबालिग से गैगरेप का मामला सामने आया है। नाबालिग लड़की के पिता की कुछ युवकों के खिलाफ गैंगरेप की रिपोर्ट दी। पुलिस ने पॉक्सो एक्ट में मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। नाबालिग का मेडिकल करवाया गया है और 161 व 164 के बयान दर्ज किए हैं। पुलिस आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए संभावित ठिकानों पर दबिश दे रही है।

एसीपी सोडाला श्याम सुंदर सिंह ने बताया कि नाबालिग लड़की के पिता ने रिपोर्ट दी है, जिसमें बताया कि उसकी बेटी करतारपुरा नाले के पास एक फैक्ट्री में काम करती थी। फैक्ट्री में आरोपी गजराज उर्फ सोनू और उसके साथियों ने नाबालिक लड़की के साथ गैंगरेप किया। पीड़िता ने बताया कि आरोपियों ने उसके साथ पहले भी कई बार शारीरिक संबंध बनाए। विरोध करने पर आरोपियों ने उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी। आरोपियों के बार-बार धमकाने से परेशान होकर उसने परिवार को बताया।

एसीपी सोडाला श्याम सुंदर सिंह ने बताया कि नाबालिग लड़की के साथ गैंगरेप करने की शिकायत मिलने पर तत्काल प्रभाव से बदमाशों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की गई। नाबालिग का मेडिकल कराया गया। साथ ही उसके 161 और 164 के बयान दर्ज किए गए हैं। नाबालिग के बयानों के आधार पर आरोपी गजराज उर्फ सोनू और उसके साथियों की तलाश की जा रही है। आरोपियों के संभावित ठिकानों पर पुलिस लगातार छापेमारी कर रही है। जल्द ही आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा।

Minor girl gang-raped in factory, accused threatened to kill her; Police recorded statements after getting medical done

Jaipur. A case of gangrape of a minor has come to light in Mahesh Nagar police station area in Jaipur. Gave a report of gang rape of minor girl's father against some youths. Police have registered a case under POCSO Act. Medical examination of the minor has been done and statements under sections 161 and 164 have been recorded. Police is raiding possible locations to arrest the accused.

ACP Sodala Shyam Sundar Singh said that the father of the minor girl has given a report, in which he told that his daughter used to work in a factory near Kartarpura drain. Accused Gajraj alias Sonu and his associates gang-raped a minor girl in the factory. The victim told that the accused had physical relations with her several times before. If he protested, the accused threatened to kill him. Fed up with the repeated threats from the accused, he told his family.

ACP Sodala Shyam Sundar Singh said that after receiving the complaint of gang rape of a minor girl, an FIR was registered against the miscreants with immediate effect. The minor was given medical treatment. Also his statements 161 and 164 have been recorded. On the basis of the statements of the minor, the accused Gajraj alias Sonu and his associates are being searched. Police are continuously raiding the possible hideouts of the accused. The accused will be arrested soon.
