राजस्थान में एक बार फिर ED की दस्तक, गहलोत सरकार के अधिकारी और मंत्री के दफ्तर पर कसा शिकंजा

वैभव से पूछताछ, डोटासरा के दो बेटों को नोटिस : प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के बेटे वैभव गहलोत से ईडी के अधिकारी दिल्ली में पूछताछ कर रहे हैं. मॉरीशस के रास्ते कालाधन को सफेद करने के आरोपों को लेकर उनसे पूछताछ की गई है, जबकि प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा के दोनों बेटों को पेपर लीक मामले में पूछताछ के लिए ईडी ने 7-8 नवंबर को दिल्ली तलब किया है.

सचिवालय में ईडी के साथ आयकर विभाग की भी टीम : जल जीवन मिशन में कथित घोटाले की जांच को लेकर सचिवालय पहुंची ईडी की टीम शुक्रवार सुबह से लगातार कार्रवाई कर रही है. इसके साथ ही आयकर विभाग की टीम भी मौके पर मौजूद है और दस्तावेज खंगाल रही है. दोनों विभागों की टीमें सचिवालय स्थित अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव सुबोध अग्रवाल और मंत्री महेश जोशी के ऑफिस में कार्रवाई कर रही हैं. सुबह 7 बजे शुरू हुई यह कार्रवाई दोपहर 12 बजे बाद भी जारी है. ईडी की टीम आईएएस सुबोध अग्रवाल और मंत्री महेश जोशी के ऑफिस में कार्यरत स्टाफ से भी पूछताछ कर रही है.

जलभवन और पीएचईडी के अधिकारियों पर भी छापे : आईएएस सुबोध अग्रवाल के घर, अन्य ठिकानों और सचिवालय के साथ ही पीएचईडी के मुख्य कार्यालय (जल भवन) भी ईडी की टीमें पहुंची, जहां दस्तावेज खंगालकर जानकारियां जुटाई गई. इसके अलावा इस मामले में जिन लोगों के नाम सामने आ रहे हैं. उनके नजदीकियों के ठिकानों पर भी ईडी की टीम की छापेमारी की जानकारी है. जयपुर के अलावा दौसा में भी ईडी की टीम ने छापेमारी की है.

ED knocks once again in Rajasthan, crackdown on Gehlot government officials and minister's office

Jaipur. The Enforcement Directorate continues to be active amid the election turmoil in Rajasthan. After the accused and prominent Congress leaders in different cases, now the ED's grip seems to be tightening on the officials close to the Ashok Gehlot government. The ED, which is investigating the much talked about Jal Jeevan Mission scam, has now started raiding the premises of IAS Subodh Aggarwal, while an ED team has also reached the Central Secretariat of the Bureaucracy of Rajasthan. Along with this, information has also been received about raids at the locations of other officers. However, at present no official statement has been issued by the ED regarding this raid.

According to sources associated with ED, on Friday the agency's team reached the house of ACS Subodh Aggarwal of Water Supply Department and other places at 8 am. Besides, there is information about the ED team reaching the locations of some other officers, while an ED team has also reached the Secretariat, where searches are being conducted in the offices of Water Supply Department's ACS Subodh Aggarwal and PHED Minister Mahesh Joshi. ED is examining files related to Jal Jeevan Mission in these offices.

Also active in these cases: These days in Rajasthan, ED is conducting raids and investigations simultaneously in many cases. Along with Jal Jeevan Mission, ED is continuously active in Rajasthan regarding the paper leak case, finding of gold cash from the basement of DoIT department as well as allegations of converting black money into white in collaboration with hotel groups. ED teams are continuously searching and interrogating all these cases.

Questioning of Vaibhav, notice to Dotasara's two sons: ED officials are interrogating Vaibhav Gehlot, son of state Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, in Delhi. He has been interrogated on the allegations of converting black money into white through Mauritius, while the ED has summoned both the sons of State Congress Committee President Govind Singh Dotasara to Delhi for questioning in the paper leak case on 7-8 November.

Income Tax Department team also reached the Secretariat along with ED: The ED team which reached the Secretariat to investigate the alleged scam in Jal Jeevan Mission is taking continuous action since Friday morning. Along with this, the Income Tax Department team is also present on the spot and is examining the documents. Teams of both the departments are taking action in the office of Additional Chief Secretary Subodh Aggarwal and Minister Mahesh Joshi located at the Secretariat. This action, which started at 7 in the morning, continues even after 12 noon. The ED team is also interrogating IAS Subodh Aggarwal and the staff working in the office of Minister Mahesh Joshi.

Mobiles of security personnel seized, returned later: The ED team reached the Secretariat in the morning and also confiscated the mobiles of the security personnel. However, later their mobiles were returned. Minister Mahesh Joshi's office is on the first floor and IAS Subodh Aggarwal's office is on the second floor, where ED and Income Tax Department teams are taking action. Armed personnel of the Central Security Force have been deployed there and even the secretariat staff is not being allowed to go nearby.

Raids on Jal Bhawan and PHED officials also: Along with IAS Subodh Aggarwal's house, other locations and secretariat, ED teams also reached the main office of PHED (Jal Bhawan), where information was collected by scrutinizing the documents. Apart from this, the names of the people are coming to light in this case. There is information about raids by ED team on places close to him also. Apart from Jaipur, ED team has also raided in Dausa.
