शादी के 12 साल बाद पति को पता चली बीवी की हैरान करने वाली सच्चाई, बोला- मेरे साथ धोखा हुआ

साल 2009 में पेशे से व्यवसाई पश्चिम बंगाल आसनसोल के रहने वाले ताबिश एहसान का शादी नाज़िया अम्बरीन क़ुरैशी से हुई थी. दोनों खुशी-खुशी 12 साल से साथ रह रहे थे. हाल ही में ताबिश को प-त्नी के बारे एक ऐसी बात चला की उसके होश उड़ गए. ताबिश ने खुद को ठगा हुआ महसूस किया. उसने पत्नी के खिलाफ कोलकाता पुलिस में लिखित शिकायत की है. साथ ही पत्नी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए कोर्ट का रुख किया है. इतना ही नहीं ताबिश ने पत्नी के खिलाफ भारत की राज्य और केंद्र सरकार के कई विभागों और एजेंसियों को भी पत्र लिखा है. आखिर ऐसी कौन सी बात ताबिश को पत्नी नाजिया के बारे में पता चल गई, जिसके बाद उसने इतना बड़ा फैसला किया. पढ़िए पूरी खबर...

दरअसल, आजतक से हुई खास बातचीत में 37 साल के ताबिश बताया कि उसकी नाजिया से मुलाकात शादी समारोह में हुई थी. मुझे वह पसंद आ गई थी. मैंने अपने परिवार को नाजिया के बारे में बताया था. परिवार और रिश्तेदारों की रजामंदी से हम दोनों की शादी साल 2009 में कर दी गई थी. नाजिया ने खुद को यूपी का रहने वाला बताया था. शरुआत से हमें यही लगता आ रहा था कि वह भारत की ही रहने वाली है.

'मायके गई फिर वापस आने के किया नाजिया ने इंकार'

साल 2022 तक हमारी शादीशुदा जिंदगी में सब कुछ सामान्य चल रहा था. मगर, दूसरे बच्चे के जन्म के बाद हालात बिगड़ने लगे. नाजिया प्रसव से पहले मायके चली गई थी. वहां जाकर उसने मुझसे बात करना बंद कर दिया. ससुराल वालों से बात की. उन लोगों ने कहा कि नाज़िया अब मेरे पास वापस नहीं आएगी. उन लोगों ने मुझे धमकी भी दी और मेरे खिलाफ धारा 498ए के तहत मामला दर्ज कराया. मगर, इस केस में कोलकाता की अलीपुर अदालत से मुझे जमानत दे दी.

'बांग्लादेशी निकाली नाजिया, भारतीय नागरिकता पाने की मुझसे शादी'

ताबिश ने कहा कि इसी दौरान मुझे अपने रिश्तेदार से पता चला कि नाज़िया भारतीय नहीं है. वह बांग्लादेशी नागरिक है. रिश्तेदार ने कहा कि नाजिया की बांग्लादेश में एक टीचर से शादी की थी. बाद में उसे तलाक लेने के लिए मजबूर किया गया था. नाजिया के पिता राजनेताओं से संबंध हैं, जिसका फायदा उठाते हुए नाजिया के पहले पति को झूठे केस में फंसाया गया.  इसके बाद नाजिया अपने परिवार के साथ अवैध रूप से भारत आ गई. उनके पास यहां पर वीजा नहीं है. भारतीय नागिरकता पाने के लिए मुझे मोहरा बनाया गया और नाजिया की शादी मुझसे कराई गई. यह सब केवल और केवल भारतीय नागरकिता पाने के लिए किया गया.

नाजिया और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ केस कराया दर्ज

ताबिश एहसान ने नाजिया और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ कोलकाता के तिलजला पुलिस स्टेशन में मामला दर्ज कराया है. सभी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 120बी, 465, 467, 471, 363 और विदेशी अधिनियम की धारा 14ए (बी) और पासपोर्ट अधिनियम की धारा 17 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है. 

ताबिश एहसान का कहना है कि मेरी शिकायत और प्रत्यक्ष सबूतों के बावजूद पुलिस ने अब तक उसके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की है. मेरे पास सभी आधिकारिक सबूत हैं जो साबित करते हैं कि नाजिया और उसके परिवार के लोग बांग्लादेशी हैं. वह अवैध रूप से भारत में रह रहे हैं. 

नाजिया का पासपोर्ट 2020 में बना तो वह कनाडा कैसे गई?

ताबिश ने बताया है कि छानबीन के दौरान उसे पता चला कि नाजिया पढ़ने के साल 2007 से 2009 में कनाडा गई थी, लेकिन उसे 2020 में पहली बार भारतीय पासपोर्ट की मंजूरी दी गई, जब हमारी शादी हो चुकी थी. वह बिना पासपोर्ट के कनाडा कैसे गई? बिना वीजा के कनाडा ने उसे कैसे मंजूरी दी.

भारतीय पोसपोर्ट के लिए नाजिया ने दिए जाली दस्तावेज

ताबिश के वकील शयान सचिन बसु का कहना है कि हमने आरटीआई दायर की. इसमें खुलासा हुआ कि नाज़िया ने  भारतीय पासपोर्ट प्राप्त करने के लिए जाली दस्तावेज़ और शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र दिए हैं. पासपोर्ट साल 2020 में स्वीकृत किया गया था. हमारे द्वारा शिकायत करने के बाद भारत के विदेश मंत्रालय ने नाज़िया का पासपोर्ट रद्द कर दिया गया है. यह ताबिश के साथ ही नहीं बल्कि भारत सरकार के साथ भी धोखा है.

ताबिश की मांग- पत्नी नाजिया और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ हो कार्रवाई

पुलिस में केस करने के अलावा ताबिश ने विदेश मंत्रालय, गृह मंत्रालय, खुफिया ब्यूरो, आयोग, कोलकाता में क्षेत्रीय पासपोर्ट कार्यालय और पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य सरकार को इस मामले की जानकारी देते हुए कई पत्र लिखे हैं. अब ताबिश ने कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है. पत्नी नाजिया और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है. वहीं, पुलिस का कहना है कि मामले की जांच की जा रही है.

In fact, in a special conversation with Aaj Tak, 37 year old Tabish told that he met Nazia at a wedding ceremony. I had liked her. I told my family about Nazism. With the consent of family and relatives, we both got married in the year 2009. Nazia had described herself as a resident of UP. From the beginning we were under the impression that she was from India only.

'Naziya went to her parents' home and then refused to return'

Till the year 2022, everything was going normal in our married life. But, after the birth of the second child the situation started worsening. Nazia had gone to her maternal home before delivery. After going there he stopped talking to me. Talked to in-laws. They said that Nazia would never come back to me. They also threatened me and filed a case against me under section 498A. But, in this case I was granted bail by the Alipore court of Kolkata.

'Bangladeshi turned out to be a Nazi, married me to get Indian citizenship'

Tabish said that during this time I came to know from my relative that Nazia is not an Indian. He is a Bangladeshi citizen. The relative said that Nazia was married to a teacher in Bangladesh. Later she was forced to get a divorce. Nazia's father has connections with politicians, taking advantage of which Nazia's first husband was implicated in a false case. After this Nazia came to India illegally with her family. He does not have a visa here. To get Indian citizenship, I was made a pawn and Nazia was arranged to marry me. All this was done only and only to get Indian citizenship.

Case registered against Nazia and her family

Tabish Ehsan has filed a case against Nazia and her family at Tiljala police station in Kolkata. A case has been registered against everyone under sections 120B, 465, 467, 471, 363 of the Indian Penal Code, section 14A (B) of the Foreigners Act and section 17 of the Passport Act.

Tabish Ehsaan says that despite my complaint and direct evidence, the police has not yet taken any action against him. I have all the official evidence which proves that Nazia and her family members are Bangladeshi. He is living in India illegally.

Tabish has told that during the investigation, he came to know that Nazia had gone to Canada during her studies from 2007 to 2009, but she was approved for Indian passport for the first time in 2020, when we were married. Nazia gave fake documents for Indian passport

Tabish's lawyer Shayan Sachin Basu says that we filed RTI. It revealed that Nazia had forged documents and educational certificates to obtain an Indian passport. The passport was approved in the year 2020. Nazia's passport has been canceled by India's Ministry of External Affairs after we complained. This is a betrayal not only of Tabish but also of the Government of India.

Tabish's demand - action should be taken against wife Nazia and her family

Apart from filing a case with the police, Tabish has written several letters to the Ministry of External Affairs, Home Ministry, Intelligence Bureau, Commission, Regional Passport Office in Kolkata and West Bengal State Government giving information about the matter. Now Tabish has approached the court. There is a demand to take action against wife Nazia and her family. At the same time, the police say that the matter is being investigated.
